SELECT’s board decided to dissolve the fund “in light of continually increasing costs entailed in auditing and compliance with regulations imposed by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator”.SELECT also awarded a sum of £11,000 to its own Electrical Engineering Training Foundation. These monies will be ring-fenced in an account to provide funds and bursaries for people who would not otherwise be able to afford training.www.select.org.uk SELECT donates £11,000 to industry welfare charity Tagged with: Funding Howard Lake | 2 April 2008 | News 25 total views, 1 views today AddThis Sharing ButtonsShare to TwitterTwitterShare to FacebookFacebookShare to LinkedInLinkedInShare to EmailEmailShare to WhatsAppWhatsAppShare to MessengerMessengerShare to MoreAddThis About Howard Lake Howard Lake is a digital fundraising entrepreneur.
