Man charged with felony after choking resident in Cortland County

(WBNG) — The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office says one person has been arrested following a report of a disturbance at 52 Penguin Dr. in the town of Cortlandville. The sheriff’s office says Thomas was at the Town of Cortlandville Court on Jan. 2 and was remanded to the Cortland County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond.
