Due to this, it has been such a low maintenance home to live in,” Sarah said.She said they had many memories living at the property which featured a sunlit balcony to entertain friends and a secluded deck with a wet bar concealed by automated shutters.“Our daughter (Matilda) has spent most of her life so far in this home reaching a range of early childhood milestones, as well as birthday parties, socialising with friends and family, barbecues, having one of the young footy players live with us for a year (Josh Schache) and enjoying all that this beautiful suburb has to offer,” Sarah said.18 Dover St, Hawthorne.Sarah said one of her favourite parts of the home was the backyard as she could sit on the back deck and watch Matilda play on the lawn.The property, being marketed by Paul Shelton of McGrath Bulimba — Balmoral, is going to auction on June 24 at 9am.
