Perera said that Hashim should remember that he is the General Secretary of a political party which is in a coalition Government with the SLFP. The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) today cautioned the United National Party (UNP) on critical comments being made on coalition partners in the Government.SLFP spokesman Dilan Perera said the UNP should not hurt the feelings of the SLFP or others who are in the Government. His comments came after UNP General Secretary Kabir Hashim had yesterday been critical of the SLFP policies when it was in power. The SLFP Parliamentarian also noted that the new Government was formed as a result of the victory achieved by President Maithripala Sirisena at the January Presidential elections, who before the election was the SLFP General Secretary.
